I heard there was a problem with the facade at 50 Journal Square.

There should be "road closed" signs posted at the entrance of Magnolia Ave. at Tonnele, as many people use this alleyway to access JFK, the Loews, and PATH Plaza. It's only courteous to let people know.
I attended a performance at the Loews this weekend and the alley was closed, with no notice to pedestrians.

There should also be a sign posted at Pavonia and Tonnele, which is also used as access to the alley and beyond.

A sidewalk shed, or protective scaffolding has been erected on the north and east sides of 50 Journal Square.
There are five lights installed under the north scaffolding that covers the pedestrian walkway.
Only 3 are working.
