The button does not light nor 'beep', leading my suspicion that it is malfunctioning.

A. Pedestrian Signal - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. The Pedestrian Push Button to cross Fannin Street on the NE corner of the intersection is inoperable.
