please add category of smoking in prohibited areas.
tons of cigarette butts in front of j&j market 115 Grand could be a staff employee. please ssf post signage all over the prohibited areas to get the word out. I and others I'm sure would be happy to volunteer holding up banners on Grand avenue & other prohibited areas educating people of the rule.
ssf is too trashy of a city for people to know otherwise
