This catch Basin has been blocked for * months as you can tell from previous notifications. I keep the top of the Catch Basin clean so when DWSD drives by they think everything is fine, but the PROBLEM lies beneath. 2 feet below the Grate is Dirt & Mud a & it's solid as a rock. DWSD Has to remove the Grate & Bore through the Dirt & Mud and unclog this Catch Basin before Ice & Snow build up at the stop sign causing an accident. Thanks & Happy New Year!
