In addition to the large depression in front of 12 Park Ave., I just drove the length of Park Ave to Holworthy St and counted no less than 14 potholes along the way. Most are now 6-10 wide increasing in depth and width as the fall and now winter season has progressed. Please inspect and provide some asphalt fill ASAP as some of these potholes are now a road hazard. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
