Description

Property at 65 North Main has disabled vehicles both inside and outside of condemned sheds. Also wondering what is leaking into the soil from whatever contaminates from inside sheds. It is a hideous eyesore that is discouraging (to say the least) to live next to and view.

A. rusted, have outside of shed, someone tinkers with engine from time to time. Also some partially disabled Niagara Mohawk truckss
