It would be a great improvement for the Upper State Street and Downtown connection.
The drawing plans for underground parking, retail/office at ground level and 30 luxury units above. Looks like it might be from Beacon Hill.
They will be shown at the Historic District Commission meeting tomorrow evening.
I am interested in exploring maintenance and accessibility to DOT properties especially some sort of beautification and lighting of the overpasses that cross key corridors in New Haven.
The property that this building sits on has been listed for sale as of 5.20.08 for $1,095,000.00.

If anybody has a good idea for what's needed in this area and what would be good use for this site, speak up here.
