The fire Hydrant in front of Ibiza restaurant is completely off it's base and may not even be able to work.

I feel when something like this is a safety issue and it should be reported by phone to either the fire or police department.

I called the fire department first but left the information here as well as I have had better luck getting past issues resolved faster through see click fix
