i have contacted Montgmy County Police, Pepco and the M. County "311-Get It Done" website to no avail. The Police attached yellow caution tape two months ago, Pepco attached orange tags stating these are not their cables and the 311 Help Line said they cannot do anything because they have no idea who owns the cables! This is a busy road, including bikers and hikers. Why won't any agency take action to get them reattached to the utility poles or simply cut the cables down?!
