Illegal dumping but ALSO road hazard, health hazard, and impediment for emergency vehicles. There are dirty diapers smashed onto the road, it smells like a sewer. There is glass and broken pieces of furniture and construction materials. Numerous black garbage bags with who knows what in them. Tires and treads. It is nearly a quarter of the block long and sticks halfway across the street. I've had 2 emails from my previous reports that say the case is closed. Obviously not. I've reported this 7 times since September. It's way past time for something to be done. Clean. It. Up.
