That video was taken from my bedroom window, which according to Google Maps is over 200 feet away from the loading dock where this noise is coming from.

You just moved in to a new place that was built AFTER the commercial buildings. You have no right to complain. That’s like moving near the airport and whining about planes taking off. Shut your mouth.

Let me help indoctrinate you on the legal issues at play here. We Live in an area zoned for residential housing, BJ's obviously operates in an area zoned for commercial business operations. There are laws in place to protect residential zoning occupants from commercial noise. Thankfully laws and society, in general, do not operate on the datum of "I was here first, so deal with it"

I would like to point out that Airport and Airplane noise is an exemption to this law! However, the business noise and operations referenced in the complaint are specifically prohibited.

This issue has still not improved. Management and corporate BJ's offices are dragging their feet and giving vague, if any, responses to correspondence, despite there being certified decibel readings over the legal limit. Nearing two years of complaints, I believe it is long overdue for customs to be written. They have been given ample time to comply with the law.

Still waiting on Office of Law to provide a timeline for BJ's to solve this problem. Noise is still happening quite often. Some back up beeps have been quieter, but still hearing trucks (idling, air brakes, hitting the loading dock) and other delivery noises.

I have not heard a response from office of law since 10/30.

Awaiting a meeting date with Office of Law.

Issue still not resolved.
