Grand Avenue, west side. between Wawa and Epic Center. Serpentine path and trees need a cleanup. Vines are hanging down in one place that are head-height to a cyclist. Further along tree branches are hanging low. The pathway is covered in leaf debris

The Trail you are discussing is private property maintained by Epic for their residents. If you are a resident of Epic you may talk to the management office about addressing the issue. I did speak with Vanessa Porter the property manager and she said that she had noticed the overgrowth and will be having the landscaping crew address the issue the next time they are at property.

Thank you for this information. I'm surprised to learn it's private property. I suppose they could forbid people to walk or ride bikes along the path which is a continuation of the public sidewalk. This would make it necessary to walk on the road. Not a good situation.
