I agree...why is this posted here and not the police called for the first complaint like normal people in typical neighborhoods? If there is too much noise LATE at night you call the police. Siesta Key, known for its bohemian attitude appears to have an uptight business owner who needs to chill and get into what makes Siesta Key the destination that it is. Enjoy the music and if too loud call the proper authorities.

"Uptight owners" happens when a "tenant" (with wrong zoning) violates laws. and causes many complaints.. There is a reason that rent is a fraction of the cost then say SKOD's. Zoning dictates what's allowed, not other owners. Constantly breaking codes will eventually hurt all the business owners.. Many residences look for reasons not to have no outside music, no owner wants that, therefore everyone that enjoys outside music should be concern when "one tenant" feels entitled NOT to maintain what we have.
