"Siesta Local" AKA: TAMI and ELIZABETH (non-business owners, correct?) -- Seems you always have something to defame me about.. When you don't know the actual first thing about me..
This was more of a public service as i don't want any business owner getting in trouble for something that should be avoided..Merely correct it.
Maybe, Check out the difference between 60DB and 90DB? Also why different Properties hold different zoning.
It's also NOT fair to other businesses like SKOD with the proper zoning. Meaning: Action that hard others like this force local Governments to make laws.. Why? Some people won't police themselves and feel entitled. The reason for the code is NOT my doing, it was probably implemented to solve earlier/similar issue and the BCC is more than likely already looking at alternatives as some won't police themselves.. There could be across the board changes like "no outside music'.. Who would ever want that? Don't know about you but i enjoy outside music when done correctly! It's just not good thing to have one (w/different zoning) hurting it for all that actually do.. There is a reason Blase location holds a different zoning than say SKOB, as example, and why Blase use to have live amplified music inside. Best if they be a good neighbor as guests staying with us are always upset with them! Many do have families!! My business is directly related to the Village.. AKA: The guests i acquire feed the Village and the actual business owners/employees want them coming back. I'm sorry you can't see how attractive nuisances have already cost us all. I feel it's best to be a good neighbor as neighboring Property owners/Guests hold the right to quiet enjoyment. Simple solutions.. Property with correct zoning, Try no amplified instruments or move it back inside, not taking up parking lot.
