Description

Rats infesting homeless encampment at corner of miller/calcot. Garbage can overflowing with litter also attracting the rodents. Population is growing at an alarming rate due to being displaced from the Shutdown of the east 12th street homeless encampment. Please help us this is a toxic situation is very quickly turning into a serious health issue.
