Thank you for reporting this issue to us via SeeClickFix St. Pete. While the City will continue to fill potholes and blade unpaved alleys as needed, it will no longer provide any treatment that is solely to decrease the dust produced by passing vehicles on these alleys. An option to help alleviate this problem is to have your neighbors join into a Special Assessment District (S.A.D.) to have the alley paved by the City. If a majority of residents in a specific area agree to join, a S.A.D. will be created and funded by the residents affected by the improvements, in this case a paved alley. This problem was caused when the two new houses were constructed. The builder's contractor dumped excess fill dirt in the alley. As can be seen, it's only behind the new homes. I'd contact the builder directly.

I'm one of the owners of one of the new houses and my asked was not because of the dirt on the cars but the potholes that are all along the alley. I took more pictures today after the rain, my house is down 3 houses down from the corner and there are potholes in all the alley and lose dirt in several areas. I was trying to do/ask for an improvement for all of us, not just my house. Regarding the builder i had to secure an attorney for several things done wrong that we are working together with the city of St Pete. He already denied any claim on this matter. I'll try to fix it myself and just for my portion.
