Oh poo poo, and I mean that..No not the heavy rains but a heavy neighbor or a hundred

The South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority received several calls for dirty water in the area of Chapel, Norton and Stanley Sts. In New Haven around 11am. The New Haven Fire Department was using a hydrant on Ellsworth Avenue. The RWA flushed several hydrants in the area. Please let us know if the discolored water has not cleared in your area. Thank you.
