between this student house garbage pile and the greek church across the street, the whole neighborhood is turning into a garbage dump!!!

stuff is migrating to the curb as well.

The mattresses are still there alongside the house. It's a complete eyesore.
It's been THREE WEEKS now and the garbage just keeps piling up!!

I reported this A MONTH AGO!!!!! and the mattress and frame ARE STILL THERE! WTF why does the city NOT do anything about they issues when they are reported. No wonder there is so much trash all over Albany. THE CITY DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!!!

Have you contacted your elected Ward leader? That MAY get faster service, the current Mayor doesn't care, but DGS should be doing their job - enforcing existing regulations.

Now it's been over a MONTH AND A HALF since this issue was reported!!!!!!!!!
Why does everyone living on this street have to look at this pile of trash and discarded mattresses lying on the ground for such a long time. Why can't the city or DGS do anything about it.
Complete and utter disregard for residents who do not want to see all the garbage lying around this neighborhood. What is the sense of having this application if nothing get done from it.
The city of Albany is a disgrace with all the garbage generated by inconsiderate students and ignorant slumlords that rent to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe DGS should just drive up and down the streets, especially in this area, and just look for violators!! This way they will find ALL of the violators at the same time. This would be much easier, but I bet DGS won't do that, because this would make sense, and be more efficient for them too.
