This issue was thoroughly investigated after previous complaint by user BetterGNV. Comprehensive survey was undertaken by City of Gainesville. Sidewalk is entirely on private property and has been labeled and marked accordingly. Matter is closed.

Still a public hazard. There is no indication at the site that you are entering private property. Children ride bikes on side walk.

Please disregard previous message that Public Works has created a work order to address the concern as reported. The sidewalk in question has been surveyed and it has been determined that the sidewalk is on private property. Upon further investigation by the city's Codes management the vegetation has been removed by the owner and this case is now closed (SR16882)
