Description

My case was closed after someone came to my house. However, the ditch on the left side of my driveway is still not draining. They shoveled dirt in front of the ditch and left the dirt at the opening. The culvert has dirt inside it. The ditch on the right side of my driveway is clogged with grass. The house next door on the corner, 211 Azalea, barely has an opening, it is covered with grass and dirt with about a 2 inch opening. This is also affecting the ditch from their house to mine.
