There is a man, Mason Clements, running a halfway house out of multiple apartments. One of the apartments is 1213 Hemingway Lane. They house 6-7 people in an apartment. They are also violating the lease agreement with the complex because there are convicted felons living in the apartments. This place is not licenced.
