Description

This property is owned by an absentee landlord whose last name is Cosimo. He runs a plumbing and heating business in the area.
The problem is that for the past 10 years he has allowed the rear part of his back yard to go unchecked and non-maintained to the extent that it is adversely affecting the neighboring properties on W. Lawrence St, Hudson, and Western Ave. Not only has a large dead tree fallen on the property, but weed overgrowth and aggressive creeping vines are threatening the health and well being of the hedges, bushes and trees in the bordering yards - a true eyesore. Contact with the owner has been attempted to no avail.
I and a neighbor have called OGS at least twice about this matter, but for all their attentiveness nothing so far has been done.
It would be most appreciated if the place could be cleaned up BEFORE the leaves of spring sprout as it would be much easier to bundle and remove the debris
