I do not believe anyone officially working in City Hall in a position to resolve this is reviewing SeeClickFix YET. That may change in the coming year.
For now, I think you need to report this via the DPW Dispatch: Donna at (518) 270-4579 or 270-1115
There are many spots in the city which are not properly shoveled, as they are away from a private property, and the city sidewalk plows do limited service. (May not even fit across the bridge path.)
