Code stipulates that prior to issuance of certificate of occupancy for any new construction completion of landscaping requirements in off street vehicle parking will be required. Certificates of occupancy have been issued many years ago for 2 bathroom buildings with parking lots and the finish tower with parking lot. Trash cans do not meet landscape requirements and are not a substitute for canopy trees as required.
