Description
This is the condition that results from no storm water drainage at the end of Bilodeau Court. The closest storm drain is located uphill at approximately where the car is parked in this picture. The resulting puddle now spans two complete driveways and reaches nearly to the middle of the street. It will soon overtake the sidewalk as well. This will repeat after every rainstorm in the warmer months. Please remove the concrete pad at the end of the sidewalk near 75 Bilodeau Ct. and install a catch basin for runoff. We’ve submitted numerous requests that have gone ignored.

Year-round drainage issues are compounded by runoff from UVM Medical Center and UVM. The neighborhood is directly east of the hill.
Please revisit drainage remediation on both Bilodeau Pkwy and Bilodeau Court.
Thank you.

Troy - please see my earlier comment from today. I closed this one because it is a duplicate of the original issue and we do not need to keep both open. As discussed by email, we are working on this and our engineers will be getting out to do surveying and take other measurements to determine what the possible solutions are this spring.
