City staff has been working with the Developer to correct streetlights that have been reported on Columbia, Harvard, Rutgers and others in this phase of development. We did receive confirmation again this morning from the developer that this issue has been corrected along with pictures of the lights working. Staff will confirm this has been completed and provide an update.

2AM lights are ON. They were not on at midnight. Obviously the timer on the lights needs to be fixed. Same problem I addressed at the end of February. Please do not make us wait another two months.

As of Friday 5/3 at 8pm the street lights on Columbia have been working correctly. It appears you can close this issue.
