There is a light blue house at 1520 39th Ave N that abuts the reported alley, is that the property you are reporting?

Sorry, no. It’s on 38th Ave. N. The house was white, and has recently been repainted, etc. due to the owner trying to sell the house. It is the house directly beside Window Kote—Which is on the corner of 38th Ave N & 16th St N. There’s also orange spray paint on my lawn as an attempt to identify the property line. Can it be checked if anything be done/enforced about that too? Thank you.

Left in the alley, and rocks dug up—mostly in front of my brick drive in the alleyway is not a code violation?

I love the burg!

I certainly cannot understand why every other neighbor is being conscious and courteous of each other’s property. This guy told me to tear a tree out of the ground if it’s in my way when I want to put a fence up. Um, half is on a neighbors property. Before I go pouring any dirt/mud when it rains all over people’s property lines, I think I will call the city for a permit. Here’s my hand from trying to carefully dig dried mud off of my grass that’s now not green anymore. Yeah, I love the Burg too.

Here’s a picture I forgot to post. It’s definitely dirt that was not on this alleyway before.

We’re still stuck with mud and rocks. I hope the city reconsiders letting this person know they can’t dig up rocks and dump dirt over property lines. This was newly planted sod when I moved in! My side yard also did not look like this on my property line either.
