City of Oakland Public Works Agency addressed this issue on 06/03/2013, service request # 463015.

I saw the crew working this morning.
I walked down this evening and the crew did a fine job on both sides of the road.
However, trash bags are still behind the fence.
There is also an area to the right which is still covered with long dry grass. This may be a property line issue perhaps?
I am attaching a photo taken this evening 6:57 pm.

These bags are still here though it is noted that service request 463015 was supposedly addressed 6/3/13. They appear to be the same bags, same place.
