Inspector visited site 3/5/19. Observed fence blocking part of the sidewalk. The remaining space for pedestrians is 4' t o 5' of space. Spoke with manager and informed to removed the fence or seek an encroachment permit from COH. Inspector will monitor this site for compliance. Task is closed.
