Poor drainage on Whitley trail extension near Leesville library. Resulting on pine debris and moss over areas. Edges with large amount of water so can not avoid. Has resulted in my falling twice and second time a broken wrist occurred. Please fix drainage issues so no one else is hurt. Thank You
