Description

A car has been parked in the Woodruff Ave. loading zone of St. Paul Lutheran Church since March 14. The location is 3700 Woodruff Ave, Oakland, 94602. The vehicle is a gray Toyota Prius, license plate 5NDV404. Photo is attached.

The vehicle is impairing handicapped access to the church at 1658 Excelsior Ave.
