I've been dealing with this Issue for quite a while. Please take a look at my past "Reported Issues" It is 100% ILLEGAL for bin dwellers to poke through your recycling bin. The problem is the CPD will do nothing when you call them AND they're the one that made me aware of the law! Call the DPW, they've been awesome. The dwellers don' seem to come around, but wait until warm weather. Thank you again DPW you guys are great.
