This house is very disrespectful..i have talked to owner he doesn't care..but he continues to make a lot of money off this house..If he had a house like this on his street he would complain too.. because it doesn't effect him..very sad..and sad for the neighborhood one house can ruin a lot of American dreams..

People that live in the house at 5870 64th Terrace have people bringing them home constantly and they are constantly speeding up and down the street. There are children on the street that have to play in the street and it is a dead end street but they have total disregard for human life. We need speed bumps or someone to start ticket in these people as they speed up and down the street.

Officers spent time in the area and failed to observe any violations.

Officers met with the homeowner who advised that none of the residents drive a vehicle. However, they frequently utilize ride sharing services. The homeowner advised he will speak with residents and ask them to have their drivers slow down as many of them are regular drivers.
