us neighbors got wind of what is going on with this home. It was purchased a few months ago. Had a large dumpster out front for over a month and got it out. Now we find out the owner is planning on opening a psychiatric rehab in our neighborhood. this cannot be legal. We have very many children on this street a bus stop on our corner not to mention we have to worry about somebody being crazy breaking into her houses. please look very deep into this please thank you very much
