Did not learn about this until 45 minutes after the noted SCF creation time. This more serious type of problem could have been reported to the police for a faster response from the technician on call. Not sure what caused this but it reset okay. The Department of Public Works has resolved this request. Thanks for helping to keep Burlington a great place to live and work.
