Thank you for your report. Inspectors inspected the area yesterday and observed the water. The service and the main was checked and a water sample was retrieved. The sample was analyzed and it was negative for fluoride and chlorine therefore, groundwater. This issue would be under the responsibility of the property owner; Howard County would not have jurisdiction over private property. Therefore, the maintenance responsibility remains with the private property owners. This issue will be closed in Tell HoCo.
