I have never used this service, but I have noticed a bunch of shared bikes parked in the tunnel connecting Gibbs to Bass and KBT. If you enter Gibbs from the Science Hill parking lot (up some stairs, in the center of the building behind the giant trees), walk straight back (the elevators will be to your left and the pendulum thingy will be to your right), go through the door straight ahead (I think there's a sign on it that says open slowly) and the bikes are just on the other side.
