This is a recurring issue and needs attention as impossible to get by when tables are full with a double wide stroller and sometimes is only one way traffic possible only. the tables are sticking out too far to allow for foot traffic to pass thru properly per the ordinance. per the ordiance, they should have 6ft of clearance or more than 1/2 the width of sidewalk.With the massive potters on the sidewalk, the clearance distance between potters and table barriers is less than 6ft.

§ 296-80. - Operation of a Sidewalk Café; Projection into sidewalks. [Amended 7-20-2011 by Ord. No. 11-076] 

"No Sidewalk Cafe shall project into a sidewalk more than half the width of said sidewalk, but only to a maximum of ten (10) feet. In no case shall it extend so far as to leave less than six (6) feet for pedestrian traffic"
