Illegal dumping question. What would the landlord do if the furniture was from another property?
Getting rid of furniture isn't cheap and it happened tp me a few times.

I've wondered the same thing as I have, on numerous occasions, had unwanted junk deposited on my property. . .

When illegal dumping occurs at a property we typically hear from the property owner immediately. Property owners in Burlington are justifiably upset when they see trash dumped on their property. Most of our cases are not initiated on the day of incident takes place. Most of our cases involve inspectors or citizens reporting the dumping at a property days after the initial incident.

So if you are the victim of illegal dumping, we strongly recommend reporting it immediately to us on SeeClickFix or by calling our office at 863-0442.
