Cars parked in roadway, approximately 5 per house on either side of street at 3451 Glossy Ibis and 3450 Glossy Ibis. Often nearly impassible with a personal vehicle. Do not think emergency vehicles could get down the road when/if needed. Would hate to see emergency services not quickly gain access to homes after this significant bottleneck. Issue is normally present evenings and weekends. Also, how many commercial vehicles can be at one address? Lawns are not parking lots. Significantly impacting home values on this street.
