I've also noticed this problem - it's becoming impossible to find a parking space in the evening. For some reason, the city only seems to ticket during business hours. Why can't there be an evening shift for parking enforcement? I would really appreciate if someone from the city could answer this question.

i agree enforcement is important in the evening hours. not only for zoned parking, but for no standing only spots on the corners of intersections, limiting sight lines.
