Several years ago, the road on the eastbound side in front of 631 W Marshall was dugout and patched to repair a sinkhole. Since then, the road has continued to sink. There are now several potholes surrounding the patched area. In addition to that, after rain, there is a significant amount of standing water left on the road that does not drain properly. Every car that passes by sprays water up onto the sidewalk. In winter, this causes ice buildup on the sidewalk. If pedestrians pass by at the same time as a car, they will get sprayed with water. I'd like to ask that this issue be addressed so that the water drains properly.
