Investigated work order on 4/17/19. Found small hole in concrete pipe, will need to be patched so hole can be backfilled. Inlet will be sent to RES to check for county ownerships/easement. Put cone near hole and one across hole, fence is still up.

Sinkhole was filled with #57 stone wrapped with filter paper. Topsoil, seed and curlex was added to help with seed growth. Personnel completed the work on 7/2/19.
