A. Abandoned baby raccoon in the jasmine ground cover next to the brick wall of the power station. On east side of Austin St, midway between Drew St and Tuam St. He is close to the largest of the trees of that side of the road. He appeared lethargic and had white discharge on both eyes. Potential case of canine distemper.
