The area in question is the vacant area between Nicole Way and Adele Street. Apparently no one pays attention to the No Trespassing signs on the gate and fence. Dirt bike riders were there on Sunday and today (Tuesday). The hinge on one of the gates has been broken off although the gate is still standing. Also a section of fencing is broken and that may be how the bike riders are entering/exiting the property. This section of fencing has been reported before.
