Jim B. Investigated 4/17/2020. I called resident by phone, while on site so he could walk me through the issue. I did not receive an answer, so I left a voicemail with my contact information. The picture below is the only place, where I could see drainage water entering the front of the from the road, because of the grade. This was designed as open ditch, meaning the water is intended to go here. I left that information on the voicemail. The resident has also upgraded the driveway with curbing to where it meets the roadway, which could be an issue. Water was designed to cross the driveway.
