Description

I have the same question that someone asked 2 days ago. Why are these cones up? They have been up for days causing traffic problems on a narrow street yet I see absolutely no construction or police officers. This is the strangest thing I have ever seen in my life. It looks like someone is just randomly putting them. That is so disturbing to me at least.
