Description
The abandoned vehicle is a white commercial van with racks on top and Washington Plates. It is not possible to see inside the van because a sheet has been put up. A second car that initially arrived with this vehicle has been circling the neighborhood and was seen driving behind a neighbor's stollen van on Wednesday night. Several times a night that car drives by this van and stops next to it. Last night the same couple who stole the neighbor's van approached this van on foot and syphoned gas from it. There are lighters, bottle caps and other debris littered outside this vehicle.
