Why so long a continuance?

That was what the hearing officer determined based on evidence bought to hearing.

I hate to be so nit-picky but I would dearly love to see Bridgeport revive to at least a semblance of it's former beauty...it wasn't called the Park City for no reason, after all!

Continued to December Hearing 2019 per Hearing Officer

May I ask why this is continued to be, well, continued rather than being resolved? The original complaint dates back to April of this year.

The owner has permits and is working on the house. The owner keeps the yard cut and clean. Unfortunately, when working on remediating a house it might look unsightly until finished per the hearing officer the case is continued to December 2019.
