According to this Bennett St. resident, some contractors have dug up the street approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago and back filled it with dirt, rocks & pebbles that are flying in the air and covering his home. He also claims that the back fill is more than likely temporary, but the back fill is now collapsing. He suggests that they place "metal plates instead of the dirt, rocks & pebbles" that are creating the problem on Bennett St.
