Two cars now illegally parked in yard, blocking fire hydrant.

Multiple cars still parked in front yard, in front of fire hydrant. Why have residents not been cited? It has been one month since city referred to police.

Has RPD has not responded after 5 months?

Front yard parking needs to be addressed by Zoning Enforcement, we will follow-up with them.

The RPD responded a while back, and it's no longer an issue at this address.

Closing based on information above, a Zoning Inspector did visit the property today and there were no autos or trailers in the landscaped area. He will monitor into 2014.
